Ashlee Decker
Accountant II
Ashlee brings a unique combination of public accounting experience and hands-on veterinary industry knowledge to Granite Peak Veterinary Advisors. She began her career in public accounting, gaining experience in bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end closings, and tax preparation. She later worked within the veterinary industry as an Accounts Payable Coordinator supporting three veterinary clinics, where she managed vendor payments, invoices, journal entries, and helped improve internal processes.
With experience on both the accounting and operational sides of veterinary practices, Ashlee understands the challenges practice owners face and enjoys helping clients gain clarity and confidence in their financials. Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, an Associate of Science, and an Associate of Arts in Accounting. She remains committed to continuing her professional education and expanding her expertise in accounting and taxation.
Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her daughter and her furry family, including two cats, two guinea pigs, and a dog. She also enjoys lake life in Missouri, trying new recipes, crafting, and taking on new projects.
